Join our Italian team as a Sales Engineer and play a key role in expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within your assigned region. Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieve business targets in the region
  • Develop business leveraging synergies with service team, or together with local agent/ partner, in concert with company plans and guidelines.
  • Develops prospects and maintains an opportunity funnel for the general future business
  • Visit existing customers, research and visit of potential ones
  • Understands customer needs and leverage the application team for tailored solutions
  • Offers formulation and conducts negotiation directly.
  • Develops monthly sales forecast in the region
  • Develops business cases to support customer applications.

Qualifications, Education Requirements, Preferred Skills

  • Experience (2-5 years) in sales activities in a B2B sales role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s technical degree (Electrical Electronics, Mechanical, Management Engineering)
  • Proven experience with industrial products and a broad technical understanding
  • Milano, Lombardia East or Emilia Romagna based.
  • Good understanding of English
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business with industrial customers in the region.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Italian markets, business practices and culture.
