Sales Engineer HVAC North of Italy

Job DescriptionThe RoleAs a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Sales and Development of the Victaulic HVAC products and systems with the focus on the North of Italy.What you will doPromote the Victaulic System for binding application and HVAC solutions.Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic solutions and system is present in the region, through usage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.Field demonstrates the proper installation of the Victaulic systemVisit job sites and follow up of installation process of the Victaulic System by the contractor. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic system if required.Co-ordinate with other sales colleagues in the territoryLiaise with the local Victaulic distributor and ensure the proper information flow is available and maintained.Report on weekly basis to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information & achieve the budgeted sales and results.About youYou live in the Lombardian regionUniversity / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent. Sales and Technical knowledge acquired through experience (minimum 3-5 years).Familiarity with the mechanical application business - or show the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.You have commercial feeling and ambition and a customer-oriented approach.Strong team oriented behavior, communication skills and professional appearanceResult-driven - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges.Required to travel in the whole Italian territoryCan communicate fluently in English.What working at Victaulic offersAttractive remuneration package with a bonus system.Your career with us is a journey to success.
