Sales Director, Retail Planning

JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., a production company specializing in high-quality paper packaging. Our focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department makes us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry.

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
• Manage sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
• Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.

Requirements:

• Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic country and in English.
• Solid computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Experience in the packaging industry.

• Option to work as a freelancer (commission model & remote) or as an employee (remote).
• Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.
• Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.
