Sales Director – Luxury Retail (Leather Goods & 18kt Gold Jewelry)
Location: Florence – Piazza Santa Croce

Michelangelo 1960 is looking for an experienced Sales Director to oversee sales operations for its luxury leather goods and fine jewelry collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow retail sales performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and sales targets
• Support daily store operations

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail sales management
• Fluent English required
• Jewelry sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Italian work authorization required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
