Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Italian market for a fast-growing quantum-AI leader, steering a team of Account Executives across key sectors. You will own large, complex AI solutions deals with blue-chip enterprises and drive the Italy GTM strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners. You’ll engage C-level stakeholders, translate technical value into business outcomes, and position Multiverse as a long-term strategic partner. This is a high-impact role at the frontier of AI and quantum technology with significant growth potential.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives across multiple industry verticals in Italy
- Set revenue targets for individuals and team; maintain pipeline health
- Define scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks, and data-driven performance culture
- Lead by example by engaging in strategic deals and key client relationships
- Own the Italy P&L and deliver against revenue targets (20M+ USD equivalent)
- Drive enterprise consultative sales of CompactifAI to large corporates and Fortune 500 companies
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure and expansion
- Develop a qualified pipeline of long-cycle, high-value deals and maintain CRM discipline
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years B2B sales experience, including 7+ years in senior sales leadership (Director/VP)
- Minimum 5 years selling AI, SaaS, data, or cloud solutions; direct AI selling mandatory
- Proven track record building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams
- Success closing large enterprise deals (300K to multi-million) with long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Strong consultative selling, prospecting, qualification, and C-level relationship management
- Analytical and data-driven; proficient with CRM, forecasting, and metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset; fast-paced scale-up environment adaptability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior executives
- Fluent Italian and professional English
- Preferred: MBA + technical degree; understanding of AI/quantum concepts
- Experience in target verticals: Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Finance, Energy & Manufacturing
