Job Description

  • Define and execute the company's commercial strategy and annual business plan for the Italian market.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, setting monthly and weekly plans, objectives, and priorities.
  • Manage the national P&L, ensuring profitability targets and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee sales across multiple channels (retail, distribution, and food-service).
  • Develop new business opportunities while consolidating relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of product strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, identify areas of growth, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Solve operational and commercial issues within the area of responsibility.
  • Report on business performance and present results and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
