Job Description
- Define and execute the company's commercial strategy and annual business plan for the Italian market.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, setting monthly and weekly plans, objectives, and priorities.
- Manage the national P&L, ensuring profitability targets and cost efficiency.
- Oversee sales across multiple channels (retail, distribution, and food-service).
- Develop new business opportunities while consolidating relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of product strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, identify areas of growth, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Solve operational and commercial issues within the area of responsibility.
- Report on business performance and present results and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
