**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:Experience developing and executing strategic plans coupled with the ability to drive tactical action plans. At least 10 years of commercial experience with a demonstrated ability to increase market share. At least 10 years of leadership experience with global responsibility. Proven experience leading the implementation of substantial change initiatives. Experience within the Motion control or automation industry is preferred. Exceptional communications skills (persuasive and influential). International experience including U.S. and Europe preferred.
