Sales Director- Americas

You will be responsible for accelerating growth across North America, developing existing strategic accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities across major retail, foodservice and distribution partners.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term commercial strategy in one of its most important growth markets. Backed by substantial manufacturing capability, an established product portfolio and significant investment, the platform for growth is already in place.

We're Looking For • Proven success delivering sales growth within the US food industry • Existing relationships with major retailers, distributors and foodservice operators • Strong knowledge of frozen food, frozen bakery, desserts, ice cream or adjacent categories • Demonstrable experience securing and growing high-value customer relationships • Strategic commercial leadership combined with a hands-on approach to winning business • Ability to operate internationally whilst leading growth across North America
