SDR Team Lead – Italy Milan | Full-time | Office-first Team description Sum Up's Sales Development team is the starting point of our commercial journey, creating opportunities that help thousands of small businesses discover smarter ways to run and grow their business. Based in our Milan office, you'll lead a team of SDRs focused on the Italian market, helping them develop, perform, and consistently deliver high-quality opportunities for our Field Sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, leading by example, and creating a high-performance sales culture where learning and results go hand in hand. What you'll do Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives through regular 1:1s, call coaching and performance reviews Drive outbound activity by helping the team improve prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and qualification Monitor team performance, pipeline health and KPIs, using data to identify opportunities for improvement Partner closely with Sales Leadership to optimise outbound strategies, territories and messaging Support hiring and onboarding as the team continues to grow, helping build a strong sales culture in Milan You'll be great for this role if You have experience leading or coaching an outbound sales or SDR team. You have a strong background in B2 B outbound sales, including cold calling and pipeline generation. You are comfortable using data and sales metrics to coach performance and drive results. You enjoy developing people and creating an environment where individuals can grow and succeed. You speak fluent Italian and English.
