motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our

sales team

and build a strong foundation in

data-driven B2B sales

within a fast-paced tech scaleup environment.

This is a

full-time role

ideal for candidates eager to

accelerate their careers in sales and business development,

gain hands‑on experience, and take ownership from day one, while

working closely with experienced Sales and Revenue Operations leaders .

As an SDR, you will support our

B2B growth strategy , contributing to scalable, data‑driven outbound and inbound campaigns and working across the

early stages of the sales funnel , from lead generation to opportunity qualification, with a

strong focus on performance, metrics, and continuous optimisation .

What you’ll do

Identify and

engage high‑potential B2B accounts , deeply understanding their cloud, infrastructure, and data protection challenges, and drive proactive outbound prospecting with a strong focus on cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high‑quality meetings.

Own the

full early‑stage sales process , from cold outreach and qualification to opportunity creation, working closely with Sales and RevOps to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and processes.

Follow up on

inbound leads and marketing‑generated opportunities , ensuring fast response times and high qualification standards.

Use CRM and analytics tools to

track activities, analyze performance,

and continuously optimize outreach and qualification in

close collaboration with Account Executives .

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound roles

Native Italian speaker (or equivalent) with good knowledge of spoken and written English

Customer‑oriented, with negotiation and communication skills, including with internal resources

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

You take initiative, work autonomously, and adapt quickly in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Genuine passion for technology / IT (we love curious, nerd‑minded people)

Past experience in a startup or scaleup company

Previous experience in a storage company or an ICT Partners company
