Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Milan for a Business Development Specialist.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to inform growth strategies, and cultivating partnerships.
The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service, as well as analyzing data to refine business development strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve company growth objectives will be key.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and evaluate business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively build relationships and liaise with stakeholders
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Experience in market research to support business strategies
- Proficiency in customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages are an advantage
