Role Description

This is a full-time 100% Remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) . The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the entire top-of-the-funnel engine: from technical lead scraping and list building to managing the initial stages of the sales process. Your mission is to identify high-potential business opportunities, reach out to prospects through multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, and Phone), and maintain effective communication to secure qualified appointments for our sales team. You will work closely with the leadership to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Lead Scraping & Mining: Use advanced tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, etc.) to extract and verify high-quality B2B leads.
  • List Management: Build, segment, and clean prospecting lists to ensure high deliverability and relevance.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Design and execute automated cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Pitching & Qualifying: Engage prospects via LinkedIn and cold calls to deliver a compelling value proposition and overcome objections.
  • Meeting Setting: Consistently hit monthly targets for booked appointments/SQLs.

  • Qualifications
    • Inside Sales & Sales: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Lead Generation: Deep experience in Lead Generation and Business Development processes, including technical scraping and automation.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create immediate rapport with clients.
    • Mindset: Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented, resilient approach.
    • Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, CRM management) is a must.
    • Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining a collaborative team player.
    • Languages: Native or professional fluency in Italian and high-level proficiency in English (C1/C2) . These are essential for managing our core markets. Knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a significant advantage.
