We’re Claro, building the enrichment and orchestration layer for messy enterprise data. From product catalogs and supplier lists to asset inventories, large organizations still rely on spreadsheets full of inconsistent records.
Claro helps them transform raw data into clean, decision-ready outputs — in clicks, not weeks.
We’ve raised VC funding, onboarded the first enterprises, and built the best product in the market — all in just a few months. Now we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be at the front line of our growth.
What you’ll doAs SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your mission is to spark conversations and qualify opportunities.
- Own the top of the funnel: qualify and engage inbound leads, while running smart outbound campaigns.
- Be an advisor: understand prospects’ challenges and show where Claro can help.
- Build and nurture your pipeline: follow up on cold, warm, and inbound leads consistently.
- Run multi-channel outreach: cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls to generate opportunities.
- Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, targeting, and prospecting strategies.
- Are ambitious, resilient, and hungry to learn.
- Love talking to people, asking questions, and digging into their business challenges.
- Are motivated by hitting and overachieving your targets.
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where things move quickly.
- Have 0–2 years of sales or growth experience (SaaS/startup background is a plus, but not required).
- Are comfortable with CRMs, outbound tools, and data-driven work.
- A foundational role in Claro’s sales team — you’ll help shape our GTM motion from day one.
- Direct mentorship from founders and experienced operators.
- A fast growth path: SDRs who perform will grow into Growth roles quickly.
