Sales Development Representative (Italian Market)

THE MISSION
Reporting to the Sales Lead ITALY, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us further develop our business across the Fashion & Apparel, Travel, and Electronics sectors, among others, by managing the top of the Sales funnel with Italian B2B prospects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Target and qualify prospects and merchant accounts in line with the sales strategy & needs
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to align on strategies and action plan
  • Generate qualified appointments with C-Levels
  • Update all Sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Define the relevant outbound tools and channels with the Sales & Marketing team
  • Determine the best (and innovative) approaches to engage prospects

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

  • Prior Sales experience in a startup or SaaS-selling environment
  • Strong data-driven and critical thinking approach
  • Hunting mindset and never give up attitude
  • Native or near-native level of Italian (C1-C2) and full working fluency in English (B2+)
  • Humility and eagerness to learn new methodologies
  • Determination and persistence: nothing stops you from generating appointments

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or BNPL in France
  • Strong ability to fix inefficiencies when you see a broken process
  • Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese
