PRODUCT: Enact is a two-sided platform providing end-users with custom solar and/or storage proposals and solar monitoring; and solar installation professionals with an all-in-one cloud solar design and proposal software.
About the Position
This is a remote, full-time role open to candidates based in Southern Europe , with a strong focus on supporting the Italian and Spanish markets . You will work closely with our Sales Manager to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our solar solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Emails: Make outbound calls and emails to prospective customers from provided leads to book product demos.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess fit, while clearly communicating the value of our solar energy solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified demo appointments for the sales team across Italy and Spain.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to confirm appointments and address any preliminary questions from prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead status, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to sales demonstrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role (experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong plus)
- Fluency in either Italian or Spanish (spoken and written) is required; Fluency in both languages is a plus. English proficiency for internal communication is essential
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes is preferred
