EFI Sales Development Manager - Inkjet Business Division (Italy)
EFI is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This role focuses on managing EFI's direct and indirect sales channels with customers and partners in the region.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain and expand EFI’s leading position in the Inkjet market within the assigned region.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, proposal development, product demonstrations, and customer needs assessments, to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare professional proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Maximize leads and opportunities to increase deal volume and value, accelerating the sales process.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners, aligning with core values.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on realistic opportunity assessments, including direct and channel / partner opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for major accounts.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with managed accounts.
- Keep account and opportunity information current in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Support the communication and execution of inkjet sales and marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals, preferably in high-value capital goods, services, or digital printing markets.
- Ability to leverage relationships and knowledge of accounts.
- Highly motivated, dynamic professional with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and autonomous work approach.
- Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of market trends relevant to the industry.
- Experience in the Graphic Arts or Printing industry is a plus.
