Transmatic Srl , founded in 1984, is a leading Italian company specialized in the design and production of heat presses and sublimation calenders. With a solid presence in over 65 countries across 4 continents , our technology proudly serves major global players in fashion, sportswear, textile customization, and industrial applications.
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our commercial team. This position is designed for a junior profile / young professional (maximum 3 years of total work experience) eager to grow in international sales, customer relations, and back-office operations.
- Provide sales support to the Global Sales Director and the commercial team
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Act as a key point of contact for international distributors and clients
- Support with sales documentation, contracts, and pricing management
- Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure on-time deliveries
- Assist in the organization of international trade shows and customer visits
- Contribute to CRM and database management for sales tracking
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Early-career professional ideally with up to 3 years of total work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade , or similar
- Previous experience (internships or junior roles) in sales support, customer service, or back-office
- Fluent in English (C1 or above – essential)
- Fluency in another major language (French, Spanish, or German ) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- A full-time role in an international and dynamic environment
- Direct collaboration with the Global Sales Director and senior management
