What you will do
- Manage customers interested in renting apartments through the platform, guiding them throughout the booking process
- Provide post-booking support, handling any customer needs or issues
- Support sales and business development activities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Goal-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in sales or customer care is a plus
