We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator working in our Oakdale, MN sales office with headquarters located outside of Venice, Italy.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting a sales region(s) and assist in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist with daily sales reporting
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Support the sales team in attaining sales targets
  • Communicate trends to the sales team to help in research and planning
  • Maintain and update the database regularly
  • Work closely with Sales Rep that is managing the market to maximize activities and results
  • Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails
