We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator working in our Oakdale, MN sales office with headquarters located outside of Venice, Italy.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting a sales region(s) and assist in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.
Accountabilities:
- Assist with daily sales reporting
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
- Support the sales team in attaining sales targets
- Communicate trends to the sales team to help in research and planning
- Maintain and update the database regularly
- Work closely with Sales Rep that is managing the market to maximize activities and results
- Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements
- Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails
