Job Description Summary
Sales Consultant Mid South Italy will be based on field and work closely with the Sales Representative, providing support and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues while supporting other specialists.
About the role
- Work closely with the Sales Representative to provide support and develop tactical plans to maximize revenues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain customer reports across all systems and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Support customers in training as needed.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, positively impacting the customer experience.
- Utilize the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness "in front of" the customer and further support sales.
- In the near future develop the role to increase sales by selling to end users.
About You
- 2 years of experience in sales with CRM knowledge.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Sales/Marketing or any equivalent technological background.
- Fluent English (knowledge of German preferred).
- Ability to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills with flexibility to adapt to change.
- Pharmaceutical business knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to travel; this role is field‑based.
Location
Southern Italy (flexible). Candidates must be based in Southern Italy with full mobility across Central‑Southern Italy, including Sardinia and Sicily.

Salary Range Information
€30,700.00 - €46,825.00 EUR Annual
