We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join Borçelik’s organization and to manage sales and customer development activities for Borçelik products.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate within the cold rolled steel stripConduct potential customer and market research within the relevant industryIdentify and act on new customer acquisition opportunitiesPerform customer visits to analyze needs and expectationsBuild a sales portfolio based on analyses and manage sales processes end-to-endCoordinate import and export processes with Borçelik teamsPlan and follow up on trial production processes carried out within BorçelikManage the acquired customer portfolio and develop long-term, sustainable customer relationshipsQualificationsPreferably experienced in the Italian marketsMinimum 5 years of experience in the flat steel industry, having worked in sales, marketing, or commercial departments with direct customer interactionAbility to establish active communication with target customers in selected special steel gradesCapable of analyzing customer conditions and expectations from both technical and commercial perspectivesProven ability to acquire new customers, secure initial sales, and convert them into a regular order structureAbility to monitor consumption and demand dynamics in target markets and provide regular reportingThis organization is independently verified against the highest standard in gender equity.
