We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant who can drive revenue across both flooring and window treatment categories.
This role is ideal for someone who already has established relationships with builders, contractors, and residential clients and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing to project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Generate and manage your own pipeline (builder accounts, referrals, repeat clients)
- Conduct in-home consultations and on-site visits
- Recommend and sell flooring (carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile) and window treatments
- Measure, quote, and close projects
- Oversee projects from sale through installation
- Coordinate with installers and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales or in-home sales
- Strong background working with builders, contractors, or residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Self-starter with a track record of generating business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
