Reporting Line: Sales Manager – Secondary Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Property Showcasing & Advisory: Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.
  • Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Sales Negotiation & Transaction Management: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.
  • Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential Requirements

  • Sales experience in a similar field
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
