What You’ll Do
- Provide sales support to the Global Sales Director and the commercial team
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Act as a key point of contact for international distributors and clients
- Support with sales documentation, contracts, and pricing management
- Collaborate with logistics and production to help ensure on‑time deliveries
- Assist in the organization of international trade shows and customer visits
- Contribute to CRM and database management for sales tracking
- Provide after‑sales support and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, back‑office operations, or similar activities is a plus
- Fluency in another major language such as French, Spanish, or German is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus
