About Us


We are currently developing an innovative new project in the dental sector, with a strong international dimension.


As part of this initiative, we are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and motivated individual to identify, approach, and convince targeted professionals (mainly orthodontists and retired practitioners) to join our initiative.


Main Responsibilities


  • Actively prospect healthcare professionals (especially orthodontists and retired dental practitioners) through various channels: networking, events, referrals, direct outreach, etc.
  • Identify relevant profiles, understand their needs, and assess their potential involvement in our project.
  • Present the initiative clearly and attractively to generate interest and engagement.
  • Convert prospects into partners or clients by ensuring personalized and effective follow-up.
  • Report insights from the field to continuously adapt the prospecting strategy.


Profile Sought


  • Strong commercial mindset: you enjoy hunting, convincing, and creating new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with senior or highly specialized profiles.
  • A good understanding of the medical or dental environment (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
