Role Overview
Supporting the Sales Department in the operational and administrative management of domestic and international clients. Ensuring organizational efficiency, document accuracy, and high-quality communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Switchboard & Correspondence: Managing multi-language phone calls and emails (Italy & Abroad).
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales network with follow-up activities.
- Order Management: Accurate data entry and end-to-end processing of customer orders.
- Quotes: Preparing first-level commercial offers and quotations.
- CRM & Database: Managing customer records and updating the CRM system.
- Documentation: Overseeing commercial and shipping documentation.
- Events: Supporting the organization of trade fairs and corporate events.
- Administrative Back Office: General administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
- Reporting: Reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured, export-oriented companies.
- Education: High School Diploma (Business/Administrative focus). A degree in Economics or related fields is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). A second foreign language is highly appreciated.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Tools: Experience using ERP/Management software .
- Logistics: Basic knowledge of export procedures.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
Position Details
- Location: Solbiate Olona (VA). Note: Initial training period will take place in Milan (Amendola Fiera area).
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Contract: "Metalmeccanico" National Collective Agreement.
- Salary: €26k – €28k Gross Annual Salary (RAL), commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant).
- Preferred Plus: Prior experience in organizing international trade fairs.
