APM MONACO is looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate on a permanent contract for its Roma store!

Responsabilità

Client Relationship

• Build a relationship of trust with clients and support them over the long term.
• Provide warm and attentive follow-up to encourage repeat visits.

Client Advising & In-Store Experience

• Welcome, advise and accompany each client to ensure they enjoy a memorable shopping experience.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Sales Objectifs

• Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets.
• Highlight products and identify sales opportunities.

Stock Management

• Handle restocking, organize the stockroom and take part in inventory counts.
• Ensure products are available and well-presented.

Visual Merchandising

• Participate in visual merchandising setups in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

Teamwork

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Profilo

• You have strong sales and commercial skills.
• You have a strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising.
• Speaking multiple languages is a real asset.
