Sales Associate (H/F)

In the role of Sales Associate, you will be part of the Milan boutique team
You will take care of the welcome and sales assistance, cash register, support the colleagues, restocking and reordering. You will manage local and international customers, offering product and brand consultancy. In your role, you will represent Lanvin's behavior and actively engage customers.
Key responsibility
- Finalize sales targets in line with business strategy
- Use effective sales techniques, to maximize the business potential of the boutique, and provide excellence in customer service and after-sales service
- Help build a positive working climate and team based on sharing information and best practices
- Maintain behavior in compliance with the service standards, image and values of the Lanvin Maison
- Promote brand culture internally and externally and ensure excellence in customer experience
- Gather and update customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book and develop customer portfolio
- Support compliance with company rules and procedures
Job Profile
- Previous experience in assisted selling within fashion, luxury and leather goods contexts
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity towards the product, good knowledge of market and fashion trends, orientation towards commercial results
- Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, resistance to stress
- Preparation for assisted sales and teamwork
- Mastery of digital skills
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of the French language is a plus
