JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission and role
As a Sales Assistant within our luxury universe, your role is essential in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and representing the brand with elegance. Your missions include:
Client Engagement:
- Warmly welcome local and international customers entering the store, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Be customer-centric! Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection. Track customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations.
Collection Presentation:
- Present the Dsquared2 collections with passion, sharing the brand story and its design elements.
- Guide customers through our product range, highlighting the distinctive features of each item.
- Support the creation of engaging displays, ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment.
- Stay constantly updated on products, collections, and new deliveries.
Results-Oriented Culture:
- Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets defined by management.
- Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding customers’ specific needs.
Brand Elevation:
- Represent the brand image in line with luxury dress code and behavioral standards.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s exclusive atmosphere through high visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion and luxury industry trends.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation.
- Support the achievement of store sales targets.
- Assist with stock activities, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Manage e-commerce marketplace orders following Store Manager guidelines.
- Comply with company policies and grooming standards.
PROFILE
Previous experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within luxury/fashion retail or highly customer-oriented environments.
Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high ability to empathize with customers; purposeful approach; adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Languages: Excellent command of Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
IT skills: Good computer skills (Excel, Word); experience with CRM systems.
