Potential work location: Province of Novara. Working hours: at least 21 hours per week distributed over shifts. Employment contract: initial fixed‑term contract for six months. Salary range: €23,000–€25,000, adjusted for contract duration and weekly hours. The role requires enrollment in the target placement list for disabilities under Article 1 of Law 68/99.
Responsibilities
Manage the customer, enabling discovery of our collections with your support.
Set up the store, applying the visual merchandising guidelines shared by the visual team.
Restock your department, ensuring the display highlights the product.
Contribute to achieving the sales targets set for the store.
Promote a customer‑oriented approach, also through in‑depth knowledge of our products and fabrics.
Qualifications
Previous similar experience in retail environments.
Creative approach focused on sales.
Interest in the fashion or fashion retail sector.
