Sales Assistant

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Castelletto sopra Ticino. The Sales Assistant will handle daily tasks such as assisting customers, answering inquiries, managing product displays and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. They will support the sales team in achieving sales targets, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and team members

Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address customer needs and inquiries

Sales proficiency, including knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Highly organized with excellent Organization Skills for managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations

Proficiency in using sales or ERP software is beneficial

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an asset

Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus
