We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant Intern, ready to grow within an international and dynamic team.

If you're looking to develop your skills in a fast-paced sales environment and work closely with international clients, this could be your opportunity!

During your six-month internship, you will learn how to manage the entire sales cycle while helping the team improve customer experience, with a focus on acquiring new clients, re-engaging inactive ones, and strengthening existing relationships through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

What you’ll learn during the internship

  • How to develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
  • How to manage the full sales process, from consulting to closing
  • How to increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling
  • How to re-engage dormant clients and spark new interest
  • How to collaborate with the Sales team to continuously improve the customer experience

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service
  • Recommend the most suitable products and propose tailored solutions
  • Acquire new customers and increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Re-engage inactive clients
  • Prepare commercial offers and quotations
  • Handle requests via email, ticketing system, chat, and phone

You’re a good fit if you have:

  • Fluent English (MANDATORY)
  • A diploma or university degree
  • Good computer and digital skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to read and interpret data
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • Teamwork skills and flexibility

We also appreciate:

  • Previous experience in sales (even brief)
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Passion for electronics and/or IT
