We are currently looking for a Full-Time - Sales Advisor- 40hrs , available as soon as possible.
Customer Service Build customer loyalty through tailored and personalised advice Sales Achieve and increase sales using key commercial indicators Master cash desk procedures and carry out all required transactions Receive, label, and display products Help maintain impeccable store cleanliness Organise the sales floor and display products according to company guidelines
Store Operations Review sales figures, documents, and instructions while respecting confidentiality Check and manage stock levels and replenishment on the sales floor to constantly meet customer needs Ensure follow-up of customer service: returns, repairs Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting
You have proven experience in high-end or luxury retail You wish to build on your commercial experience while working with an international, premium clientele You demonstrate a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills You thrive on challenges, are eager to learn, and have a strong affinity for our products and brand Personal data
