LOOKING FOR AN ENERGIC, SMILING AND AMBITIOUS SALES ASSISTANT FOR OUR STORE IN MILAN!!!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will provide outstanding customer service to our special client.

What You'll Do:

Business Client Development:

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance

Leadership & Engagement Support:

  • Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a client-first culture
  • Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
  • Operations
  • Expert of Philipp Plein clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
  • Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
  • Communicate product and client feedback to buyers & manager(s)

Profile:

  • Energetic, passionate, smiling, ambitious and results-driven team player
  • Experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
  • English minimum B2 level mandatory
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Possibility of a permanent contract can be discussed during the interview.
