We’re opening a new store in Florence and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, humble, and reliable person who shares our values and loves artisanal products.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Florence. You’ll be a key part of the in-store experience—welcoming customers, telling the story behind our products, and helping people find the right pieces for their homes or as gifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, thoughtful customer service and build meaningful customer relationships
- Support sales and help customers choose products with taste and attention to detail
- Assist with daily store operations (opening/closing, cash desk, store standards)
- Support visual merchandising and product displays
- Help with inventory management (receiving, restocking, stockroom organization)
- Collaborate with the team to keep the store calm, beautiful, and well-organized
Who We’re Looking For
Must-have
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude
- Organized, precise, reliable and humble.
- Enthusiastic person that shows motivation
- Willing to work weekends and peak seasonal periods
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in retail / hospitality / customer-facing roles
- Interest in nature, craftsmanship, and artisanal home goods
