Responsibilities
Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories. Cultivate relationships with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines. Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele. Ensure a high level of standards in merchandising and brand image according to corporate guidelines. Respect retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ. Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system. Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty, and develop the customer base. Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support.
Requirements
Previous experience in the luxury industry and outlet channel is a plus. Customer‑oriented attitude. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results. Positive attitude, fragrance passion, and team orientation. Ability to listen and advise. Taste for challenges and a strong sales drive. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
