SALES ASSISTANT / FASHION BRAND / NEW OPENING / VENICE (FIXED TERM)

On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Fashion Brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Venice:

Salary Range: €25'000-30'000.

SALES ASSISTANT / FASHION BRAND / NEW OPENING / VENICE (FIXED TERM)

Duties and Responsabilities:

• Guarantee operative functioning of the store
• Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
• Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
• Be an ambassador of the brand
• Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor
• Ensure a good work environment
• Achieve sales goals
• Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
• Assist all sales team members
• Control of checkout and bank transfers
• Stock activities
• Ensure the correct management of the merchandise

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
• Good IT skills
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Customer oriented
• Multi – tasking abilities
