Sales Assistant - Boutique

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Milan.

As part of the store, you will act as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to the commercial growth of the boutique by delivering a distinctive and elevated client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets

• Deliver a high-end customer experience in line with brand standards

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• Drive CRM activities and clienteling initiatives

• Ensure the proper presentation of products and brand image

• Support daily store operations and team collaboration

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail

• Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented attitude xdwybme

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Fluent Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Availability to work shifts and weekends
