Mission

As a Sales Area Manager APAC , you will play a key role in accelerating growth and expanding our footprint across South Korea, China, and Japan.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating global vision into regional success, unlocking new opportunities, and strengthening our competitive positioning in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.


Your Profile

  • Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience in international B2B / industrial sales.
  • Strong exposure to APAC markets (China, Japan, South Korea preferred).
  • Proven track record managing sales networks and subsidiaries.
  • Fluent English; Asian languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.


What You’ll Do

Drive Growth & Strategy

  • Define and execute the APAC sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Deliver on revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Support complex sales cycles, from opportunity to deal closing

Lead & Empower Teams

  • Inspire and guide local commercial teams across APAC
  • Act as the key link between HQ and regional markets
  • Foster alignment on strategy, priorities, and brand positioning
  • Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across countries

Build Market Presence

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Represent ZAPI at industry events and strategic meetings
  • Drive partnerships with distributors, agents, and industrial players
  • Contribute to business planning and regional growth strategies


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in international B2B sales (industrial or multi-brand environments)
  • Strong exposure to APAC markets (China, Japan, South Korea preferred)
  • Experience managing sales networks and driving business growth
  • Fluent in English (Asian languages are a strong plus)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across APAC
