The position is headquartered at MARSILLI MEXICO and requires a Sales Application Engineer responsible for capital equipment sales. Responsibilities
Find potential sales leads (both new and from existing contact lists). Evaluate customer applications for suitability with our equipment. Make sales calls to potential customers. Make sales presentations to interested customers. Calculate cycle times using spreadsheet templates. Produce budgetary quotations for customers. Develop and submit final quotations. Secure sales order and follow the order process. Develop sales budget for the assigned territory. Qualifications
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics), with working knowledge of magnetics, coil winding, motor, etc. MBA or Minor in Business Administration/Marketing preferred. +5 years sales/applications engineering experience in an industrial field. Knowledge of robotics/industrial machinery required. Contact management software experience (Lotus Notes, ACT or similar). Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills. Updated passport and VISA (TN visa is a plus). Self‑starter with a “Can Do” attitude, lively, outgoing personality, team‑oriented worker. Travel
Job entails extensive travel within North America (at least 60% of the time).
