Sales and Business Development Manager

Lake Como Florist is a premier floral and décor design studio specializing in high-end weddings, brand activations, and bespoke seasonal installations. As we expand into Christmas & Winter Decoration Services , we are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Business Development Consultant with a strong network in the fashion, hospitality, and corporate sectors .

This is not just sales—it’s about opening doors, building partnerships , and presenting exceptional creative solutions to the world’s most discerning clients.

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in luxury hotels, fashion houses, boutiques, and corporate spaces
• Conduct outreach via email, calls, networking, and in-person meetings
• Understand client needs and co-create tailored decor proposals with our design team
• Present and pitch using curated decks, booklets, and visuals
• Coordinate the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement
• Maintain client relationships and help grow long-term accounts

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (events, fashion, hospitality, luxury interiors, or lifestyle branding)
• Strong taste level and an understanding of design and visual presentation
• Confident in outreach—both cold and warm
• Able to think strategically and adapt proposals to fit brand identity, space, and budget
• Fluent in English ; Italian highly preferred; Russian is a plus
• Based in Milan, Lake Como, or willing to travel locally for meetings

• Experience with CRM tools and managing structured pipelines
• Own network of high-end clients or corporate/fashion contacts
• Background in holiday installations, window displays, or experiential marketing

• Creative collaboration with a top-tier floral & event design team

• Commission-based or hybrid compensation model based on performance
• Flexible work style with in-person meetings and remote execution
