Qeeboo – extraordinary design objects – is seeking a talented Sales & Backoffice Specialist to join our team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain successful, long-lasting commercial relationships with B2B clients, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted international markets and channels, aligning with the company’s strategic positioning.
- Order & Export Coordination: Oversee international purchase orders and exports, manage order workflows, coordinate logistics processes, provide accurate customs documentation for overseas deliveries, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product Representation: Act as an ambassador of Qeeboo’s projects and collections, showcasing a deep knowledge of the products, design, materials, and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in managing high-level international B2B clients, ideally in the furniture/design industry.
- Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the furniture/design industry, including market dynamics, channels, and distribution practices.
- Performance & Teamwork: A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets, thriving under pressure, and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with ERP systems is advantageous. A data-driven approach to decision-making is a key asset.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with self-motivation and a positive, proactive attitude.
