OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for talented and passionate people ready to make the difference and step above the crowd. The intern will be based in Milan with a training period of 6 months. Expected reimbursement of expenses of 500 euro and ticket restaurant, not provided accommodation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Trainee we are looking for should be organized and must have good communication skills and ability to relate and perform within Sales activities, with a particular focus on data analysis and possible future revenue targets.

Main Tasks

  • Actively participate in the development and delivery of sales business plans together with the Director of Sales.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and interpret commercial, operational, and revenue data. Capacity to identify trends, variances, and opportunities through Excel or BI tools.
  • Updates CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects.
  • Supports in preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal commercial meetings and the ones with investors.
  • Contributes ideas to improve products and services offered.
  • Reviews customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration together with the DOS and DOSM.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Highly computer & social literate.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other office tools.
  • Degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Additional language (French or German) would be considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of key hotel performance metrics (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy).
