Administrative Assistant - Sales Support Role
This Sales Support team member will play a vital role in driving our business forward by delivering timely, high-quality administrative support to sales teams, contributing to successful new partner activation and maintaining excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate new partners by verifying all required information for seamless onboarding onto the platform.
- Provide proactive administrative support across the sales organisation, directly impacting team success.
- Process and document incoming sales-related queries from new restaurant partners.
- Help maintain high service quality and delivery speed, directly impacting operational efficiency.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings and discussions, supporting team strategy and progress.
Requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills and proven multitasking ability.
- Goal-driven mindset and commitment to achieving team targets under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and natural inclination for team collaboration.
- Ability to communicate with partners over the phone in a professional manner.
- Confidence to execute standardised work efficiently while handling pressure.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Language: English language skills.
