The ideal candidate will be part of the internal sales team with the specific input of growing the customer base within the areas and sectors assigned to them.

Additionally, they will develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing market trends and studying the competition.

Proficiency in English and German languages is considered an advantage that will be taken into account during the selection process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement of the customer base
  • Evaluating sales strategies
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
