Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain successful, long-lasting commercial relationships with the sales agents and with the B2B clients, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met while delivering outstanding client experiences. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the targeted areas and channels, aligning with the company’s strategic positioning. Order & Export Coordination: Oversee international purchase orders and exports, manage order workflows, coordinate logistics processes, provide accurate customs documentation for overseas deliveries, and resolve customer issues effectively. Product Representation: Act as an ambassador of Qeeboo’s projects and collections, showcasing a deep knowledge of the products, design, materials, and processes. xpavfwm
Requirements:
Experience & Industry Knowledge 3+ years managing international B2B clients Background in furniture, design, or lifestyle industries preferred Strong understanding of the Italian market, its sales channels and market dynamics Commercial Mindset Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets Able to identify opportunities and turn them into tangible results Skills & Tools Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus) Confident with Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a bonus Analytical and data-driven in your approach Personal Qualities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
