Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales professional with a passion for driving business growth in the Oil & Gas industry?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Sensia.

As a key player in our Automation and Measurement Solutions Business, you will focus mainly on the Italian market, but also the Israeli market, engaging with existing named accounts with a strong focus on expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • The Territory Manager role is responsible for Automation and Measurement Solutions Business sales in Italy, with a specific focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Promote our Process Automation Solution, Digital Oil Field Solution, Measurement Products directly to End Users and EPCs, working closely with the Channel Manager in the South Europe Region.
  • Support and drive the business and its strategic direction, collaborating with Segment Managers, Proposal, and Business Unit engineering teams.
  • Manage account relationships, business development, and project pursuit activities within the allocated countries.
  • Develop and manage the opportunity funnel and front log, ensuring a qualified solutions sales cycle.
  • Support the Operations team in negotiating variation orders.

Compensation

150K USD

  • Assist Local Sales activities to identify and close specific projects as part of the larger project pursuit team.

The Individual

  • Engineering degree (Automation, Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or similar qualification.
  • Proven sales experience in a technology-based, project delivery organization.
  • Track record of achieving results and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to acquire new business within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
