To support the strong growth of our business in the fields of Digitalization through Electronic Signature, Onboarding solutions, Automation and AI , we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive business expansion across the Italian market, with a focus on the Healthcare and Public Administration sectors .

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about technology, digital transformation, and relationship building, who wants to play a key role in the growth of an innovative and fast-evolving company.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and expand new business opportunities within Healthcare and Public Administration organizations
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Promote innovative Digital Trust solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term value creation
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets in terms of revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities within the assigned sectors
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, PMOs, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Contribute to the company’s go-to-market strategy and strengthen our positioning in the Italian market

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in IT solution sales or digital services
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong network and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience selling into Healthcare and/or Public Administration sectors is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsis highly valued
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 or information security frameworks is a plus
