For an international company specializing in B2B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company’s growth in the Spanish market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in Northern Italy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Promote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose value-added solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution-based selling
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical services
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage xdwybme priorities effectively
  • Good analytical and organizational skills


Languages

  • Native Italian
  • Good command of English
