Role Overview

You will join Blossom’s  Sales team and support the development of  tenders, proposals, and commercial offers in a fast-paced, international environment across  private and institutional/non-profit sectors. You will help translate commercial inputs into  clear, structured, and competitive proposals , aligned with scope, deliverables, internal effort, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess national and international tenders and procurement opportunities (public/institutional and private).

  • Analyse tenders, RFPs/RFQs and commercial briefs to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, mandatory documents and deadlines.

  • Manage the  end-to-end proposal/tender process :

  • preparation of administrative and technical documentation

  • drafting and editing proposals  in English and Italian

  • coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Ensure proposals balance  strategy, delivery feasibility, staffing and budget .

  • Support  new business research and help shape structured, compelling offers.

  • Collaborate with  strategy and creative teams to frame approach, methodology and workplan.

  • Prepare  cost estimates and budget proposals , ensuring consistency with scope, deliverables and internal effort.

  • Support  contracting and commercial administration , when needed.

  • Manage deadlines and priorities with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

We’re Looking For

  • Degree in  Communication, Marketing or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in  tendering, proposal writing, budgeting and project management , ideally in international contexts, in one of the following:

  • Sales/Tendering team within an agency, with direct responsibility for tenders, RFPs and commercial offers; or

  • Account/Project Manager role with commercial responsibility (business development, upselling) and active involvement in proposal and budget preparation.

  • Proven ability to  structure and write proposals independently in  English and Italian (C1 minimum) .

  • Strong project cycle management experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.

  • Confident with digital tools; interest in  AI-enabled workflows to improve proposal quality and speed.
